Ordering Instructions - how do I order using the shopping cart?
To purchase an artwork while visiting the maestro24.com woodcarving catalogue, from the product description add the desired article to the shopping cart, specifying the quantity and design at the same time.
The product selected will be added to the shopping cart and the quantity of existing articles and the total price will be updated: This data will be visible in the area reserved for the shopping cart under the title image "Articles in Shopping Cart" and "Total Amount".
Click on the link "Checkout" to pay for the products; this process can be discontinued at any time up to the stage described below in 4).
The steps needed to complete your order are as follows
1) Order Summary: In this area, it is possible to change the order. Here you can remove products from your shopping cart or alter the quantities ordered.
2) Personal Data: Your personal data is required in order to record the order, create the corresponding tax document and implement delivery of the items in the shopping cart.
3) Confirm Order: All data is summarised in a table; this table also calculates and displays the shipping costs together with the total amount of the order. It also updates accordingly if items are removed.

We cannot offer any guarantee for the accuracy of any colours shown on our website. Colours may be influenced by individual computer monitors, as well as by the colour settings with which the articles are displayed. Return or Exchange of Goods
Should your purchase turn out to be unsatisfactory, you have the right to return or exchange the item. To do so, you will need to submit a written request (e-mail, post, fax) for return or exchange authorisation. You will then receive our written approval, together with all necessary instructions. For your security, it is important to insure the item being sent back. The right to return or exchange the item must be exercised within 20 days of shipping date. You will be charged shipping charges, handling and taxes in all cases (outward and return). On no account will shipping charges be refunded, even in the event of late delivery. On receipt back of original goods, the amount owed will be refunded to you only after this has been paid out to us by the shipping company.

Delivery Information and Complaints
Our general rule is to process all orders immediately. We dispatch all products in stock within seven days of receipt of order. We will let you know immediately if any item is not currently in stock.
maestro24.com can not accept responsibility for non-acceptance of an order or for missing or late delivery of products. Both order acceptance and order fulfilment are subject to availability and any other unforeseen circumstances that might affect punctual delivery. Besides force majeure and accidents, this also relates to circumstances such as strikes, riots, work-related disturbances or lack of raw materials capable of preventing or delaying the manufacture and supply of products. The customer endeavours not to hold maestro24.com responsible for such incidents and expressly waives his or her right to damages in the event of missing or late orders or missing or late delivery of products pertaining to already approved orders. Dispatch begins once products are delivered to the responsible carrier. At that point, all risks regarding the purchase materials end for maestro24.com.
maestro24.com carefully checks products over prior to delivery and for this reason any complaints with regard to damage to or absence of the goods must be made to the carrier. Any defects found, not caused by transportation, must be notified in writing to maestro24.com within 8 days of the date of discovery. maestro24.com will deal with the complaint within a reasonable period and, if it appears justified, will replace the missing or damaged parts for the customer.
Guarantee
maestro24.com grants with regard to all products a 12 month guarantee from date of shipment, provided the goods are stored and handled in accordance with their own essential characteristics. This guarantee is limited to the free replacement of parts that are defective in the opinion of maestro24.com, although this does not apply to the normal wear and tear of parts nor to any components and accessories under guarantee from third-party manufacturers. Transportation costs of any products or parts under guarantee shall be borne by the customer. Without the express written permission of maestro24.com, the customer is not permitted to dismantle, modify or repair the products in any way, except at the customer's own expense and risk. In the latter case, the buyer loses all rights guaranteed by maestro24.com.
Litigation and jurisdiction
A purchase order at maestro24.com is governed by the principle of "solve et repete" ex 1462 of the Italian Civil Code. The applicable law of the contract is Italian law. The forum for litigation is Bolzano (Italy).
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the creation of the contract, the duties of maestro24.com and of the User and performance of the contract between the User and maestro24.com.
General information about maestro24.com, the goods and services offered and the contracts can be found under Customer Information.
§1 Purpose of these Terms and Conditions
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to regulate the contractual conditions for all contracts between maestro24.com and the User, has concluded via the Online Store. The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time that this Agreement is concluded shall apply hereto.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
All offers contained in the Online Store are non-binding. All data is subject to correction. By clicking on the order button, the User makes a binding declaration to the Supplier that the User wishes to purchase the content of the shopping cart. This contractual agreement comes into being by means of a declaration of the Supplier following submission of the order. This declaration goes to the User immediately after the order button is clicked. This causes a contract to be created.
§ 3 Information Duties
When placing an order, the User is under an obligation to provide truthful information. If the User fails to provide this information or else gives false information from the outset, especially a false e-mail address, the Supplier may, if the contract has come into being, rescind the said contract. This recession will be declared in writing. However, the sending of e-mail is also deemed to satisfy this requirement for written form. Immediately following conclusion of the contract, the Supplier shall send the customer an e-mail containing the relevant customer information to the e-mail address stated by the User at the time of registration. The User undertakes to inform the Supplier immediately at info@maestro24.com, if this e-mail has not arrived within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract. The customer must ensure that the e-mail account specified by the customer is accessible from the time that it has been specified and that it is not unable to receive e-mails, due to its being subjected to forwarding, closure or being full up. Information given will be presumed to be incorrect, if an e-mail sent to the User is returned three times in a row, or else if the contractual service cannot be carried out, due to an incorrect address.
§ 4 Cancellation
The customer has the right to cancel the contract in accordance with statutory provisions. At any time, the User can find detailed information regarding the exercise of cancellation rights at www.maestro24.com, under Customer Information. On request, the User can be resent this information by e-mail. No unconditional right of return is agreed to hereunder. Once goods are dispatched, the customer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 20 days; in which case shipping charges, taxes and handling fees (outward and return dispatch) must be paid by the customer. On no account will shipping charges be refunded, even in the event of late delivery. On receipt back of original goods, the amount owed will be refunded to you only after this has been paid out to us by the shipping company. The customer undertakes to return the goods within 20 days following dispatch by maestro24.com. Goods must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and without any traces of use. To do return goods, you will also need to submit a prior written request (e-mail, post, fax) for return or exchange authorisation. You will then receive our written approval, together with all necessary instructions. For your security, it is also important to insure the item being sent back. Individual pieces and special designs are not subject to the right of return or exchange.
§ 5 Delivery of Goods, Supply of Services
Orders will be processed immediately following receipt by the Supplier. The Supplier will consign the goods to the carrier as soon as possible following conclusion of the contract. On consignment of the goods to the carrier, the Supplier's obligation to perform contractual services ceases and the risk of the goods passes to the carrier. The services will be supplied to the User immediately, unless contrary arrangements are made. Where the service has not been provided via the Internet and the User cannot be found at the address he or she has specified, the User will fall into delay in relation to acceptance of the contractual service. In this case, the User will be required to compensate the Supplier for any additional costs incurred in relation to failed delivery. The Supplier then need no longer provide the promised service and can rescind the contract if, despite the agreement of a written delivery deadline, the User cannot be found twice in a row. If the Supplier cannot provide the agreed service at the agreed time, the User will be notified. If a delivery proves impossible due to the unavailability of the products concerned, the Supplier can rescind the contract and need not provide the service promised. In this case, the Supplier undertakes to inform the User about this unavailability immediately and to refund immediately any consideration already paid by the User. On no account will shipping charges be refunded, even in the event of late delivery. On receipt back of original goods, the amount owed will be refunded to you only once it has been collected by us.
§ 6 Payment
The purchase price or fee is due immediately, unless otherwise agreed.
If the purpose of the contract is to supply a recurring service and the User is required to make regular payments, the User must make such payments in advance on the first of each month. In the event of contractual termination, all excess payments made will be refunded to the User pro rata. The User will fall into delay automatically if any invoice is not paid. In the case of recurring services, the User will fall into delay without formal warning, if he misses a payment date. In the event of delay, statutory interest on delay will be charged. The customer shall only have a right of set-off, if the customers counterclaims have been accepted by due legal process or if they have been recognised by the Supplier. The customer may any exercise the right of retention if the customer’s counterclaims is based on the same contractual relationship.
§ 7 Shipping and Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are only incurred in relation to the delivery of goods, although not in the case of regularly recurring deliveries (subscriptions). The amount of any shipping charged will vary, depending on the type of delivery and destination . Outside the EU, customs fees may also be charged. Once goods are dispatched, you have the right to exchange or return the goods within 20 days; in which case shipping charges, taxes and handling fees (outward and return dispatch) must be paid by you. We would remind you that goods must be returned in perfect condition. In the case of goods returned, we only accept back goods that have been released. Goods on special offer (reduced), individual pieces and special designs are not subject to the right of return or exchange.
§ 8 Retention of Title
Goods delivered remain the property of the Supplier, until payment in full of the purchase price, regardless of expiry of the cancellation period.
§ 9 Guarantee
The guarantee follows statutory provisions with reference to the following rules. The User is required to check the goods received for any obvious defects immediately. If the User spots an obvious defects, he or she must inform the Supplier immediately. If the User fails to do so, he or she will not be able to make any guarantee claims against the Supplier in relation to the defects concerned. The Supplier shall not be liable for any defects caused by the User. This also applies to ordinary wear and tear. This shall not affect the exercise of the User's cancellation right. In the event that a product proves defective, the Supplier may at its option either provide a replacement or repair it. If the repair ultimately fails or the replacement product also proves defective, the User can return the product for a refund of the agreed price or for a reduction in the purchase price.
§ 10 Liability
The Supplier is liable in full for the intentional and gross negligence of its employees, statutory representatives and senior employees. This also applies in relation to promised features. However, no promise is made as to the features of any goods or services. The description of the goods and services does not amount to any promise in relation to their features. The Supplier makes no promise furthermore in relation to any features. The Supplier is only liable for ordinary negligence in situations where a contractual duty is essential to the attainment of the contractual objective and the fulfilment of the contractual purpose has been infringed (cardinal duty). Claims arising out of c.i.c. / pVV shall expire within two years without prejudice to the foregoing provisions. The Product Liability Act remains unaffected. The above provisions also apply to the Supplier's agents. Product liability for defects lies solely with the manufacturer and not with the Supplier, so any complaints will be passed on to the manufacturer, who will then decide on whether to repair or exchange the item. On no account will the Supplier be liable for accident or injury in relation to the use of the goods supplied.
§ 11 Data Protection
This Supplier collects from the User without the latter's consent only the data required to carry out the order and perform the contract. The Supplier uses the data provided by the User only for the purposes to which the User has consented.
§ 12 Applicable Law
Italian law applies, under exclusion of the CISG. When making a purchase on our website, you accept that any court action directed against the Supplier (maestro24.com), may only be brought in the competent regional court in the province of Bolzano, Italy. This contract shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the Italian State, the corporate head office of maestro24.com, and should therefore be structured in such a way as not to infringe the relevant legal principles. You hereby agree to bring any legal action that may arise against maestro24.com, before the Regional Court of the Province of Bolzano / South Tyrol, Italy, exclusively.
§ 13 Differing contractual conditions of the customer
In the event that the customer uses the customer's own general conditions, whereby the content of those general conditions differ from that of these general conditions, the supplier's general conditions shall apply exclusively

The trademarks for the goods supplied are held by their respective manufacturers and not by maestro24.com.
§ 15 Use of Website
If you use this site, you give your consent for the stated statutory conditions of use. If you do not agree to any of the above legal terms and conditions of use, please do not use this site. maestro24.com reserves the right to renew, amend or update these use conditions at any time.
